חוקר בתחום התנהגות ארגונית ורשתות חברתיות. קיבל את הדוקטורט בשנת 2007 בפקולטה לפסיכולוגיה, אוניברסיטת מלבורן, והמשיך לפוסט דוקטורט במחלקה לסוציולוגיה, האוניברסיטה העברית. ד"ר קליש לימד באוניברסיטת העברית ובאוניברסיטת תל אביב וזכה בפרסי הצטיינות ומענקים.
