2005-2007           Second Phase of Advancing Academic Web-Based Instruction in Tel-Aviv University. Project Funded by VATAT (The Israeli Council for Higher Education).                                                       Budget of 2,000,000 NIS for two years.
2005-2008           National Research Coordinator (NRC) of the TIMSS 2007, conducted by the IEA. Funded by the Ministry of Education and RAMA - the Israeli Authority for Evaluation of Educational Achievements (with Prof. R.
