Literature/Meaning/Culture

 

A series in Hebrew, issued by the Porter Institute and published by Ha-Kibbutz Ha-Meu'had. The series includes studies, synoptic books and text books on university level on Hebrew literature, comparative literature, literary theory and poetics, as well as a wide range of topics in the study of meaning and communication in language, society and culture. It comprises both original books as well as translations of classical works from other languages. The books are intended for scholars and students as well as for a wide intellctual audience interested in studies of literature and humand culture in general, and in Israel in particular.
