| This patient with a long history of poorly controlled diabetes mellitus had decreasing renal function with rising blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. The CT scan seen here demonstrates decreased size of both the right kidney as well as the left kidney, though the right kidney is smaller. Nephrosclerosis accounted for most of the changes. |
