This adenocarcinoma of the pancreas is very extensively infiltrative, sparing only the uncinate process at the lower left center. Chronic biliary tract obstruction from this mass produced icterus (jaundice) in the patient, and marked by the green color of the liver after formalin fixation at autopsy. The tumor invades into the hilum of liver, and small metastases to liver are also present.
