XML introduces the concept of a well formed document. For a document to be well
formed it must obey the following simple rules:-
- It must contain at least one element.
- It must contain a unique opening and closing tag that contains the whole document,
forming what is called the ROOT element.
- All the other tags must be nested. IE. there must be an opening and a closing tag and
the tags can't overlap.
