Seen here are examples of a very common lesion of older adults--a seborrheic keratosis (SK). SK's are common over the face, neck, and upper trunk. They are rough-surfaced and brown coin-like plaques that vary from a few millimeters in size to several centimeters. They tend to enlarge very slowly. They are not premalignant.
