Multiple 2 to 4 mm dome shaped flesh colored firm papules caused by Molluscum contagiosum are seen grossly at the left. They can also be umbilicated. They are often on the trunk and anogenital region, but may appear elsewhere, as shown here on the face. The biopsy at the right demonstrates a cup-like verrucous epidermal hyperplasia.
