This is neurofibromatosis, an autosomal dominant condition in which there is formation of neurofibromas throughout the body, but most often on the skin as seen here with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1). NF-1 accounts for 90% of neurofibromatosis cases and is also known as vonRecklinghausen disease.
