The portable chest radiograph above demonstrates extensive infiltrates representing worsening Pneumocystis carinii (jirovecii) pneumonia. This patient was known to be infected with HIV. In the chest CT scan below in "lung window" setting can be seen diffuse ground glass opacification typical for PCP.
