How a blog might do it.

If this were a blog, and I was discussing (let's say) blogs, I'd probably stick in a few links to a couple of interesting articles I'd read about blogging, and add a couple of non-commital comments like "a great read", or "a well argued explanation". I might also offer readers to comment, with a form that allows them to do that. I doubt I'd do much more than that - though not all blogs are minimalist, they tend to keep things brief, and what's important in them is the basic transfer of information, rather than an analysis of that information.

But this isn't a blog. And if I were trying to be brief and almost telegraphic, I certainly wouldn't be succeeding. I'm not sure I'd know how to be if I tried.
