It's a pretty long list, and there are some choice items in it. But that doesn't mean that I really expect that anyone will take the time to go through the whole thing. It won't hurt, but it's not required reading. Someone may, however, be interested in using this list for research purposes. If so, you have my blessing. Even if signature files have become passe, I don't doubt that examining them can tell us a good deal about how the internet influences (or influenced back then) how we see ourselves as members of an amorphous yet somehow almost tangible cyber-community.
