Hey! I'm travelling with a disk that holds the entirety
of the Boidem. What's more, I'm occasionally, and (after
the
first week) even more than occasionally, online, and thus able to check
myself and find my references. But I need the time and the proper circumstances
to do it. A proper and correctly identified link will have to wait, or
simply remain hinted at but not really located. It's no big loss.
