I can't say I'm particularly proud of having done so, but
I've told at least one story twice in these columns (on separate occasions,
of course). Not that it isn't a nice story. There's really nothing wrong
with relating it twice, and readers probably didn't remember the first
time once the second came around. But had I checked to find it before writing
it again I could have saved myself some effort, and by simply linking to
the first case of the story I would have shown myself to be more hypertextual.

function on the Boidem, so it was much more difficult to find something
particular that I was looking for. Today I run a check on the contents
of the Boidem before I start organizing each column.
