Though this may be expecting too much!
After encountering computers with e-mail access at a number of tourist information centers (including at least one that also offered wireless so that people could open their laptops and use them), I began to expect that this was a widely offered service. When one of our hosts sent directions for getting to their home, I left them in my mail, not realizing that for the next few days, until arriving by them, I might not have access to a computer, which, as it turned out, I didn't. Frankly, I was more than a bit surprised.
