Counting from the top down, I may be the second, third, seventh, or later person to receive a particular mailing, but I don't occupy a nice, comfortable spot somewhere in the middle - I'm always at the end. I noted this about four and a half years ago, and since then I've found little, if no, reason to change my policy: the buck stops here.
