Where's Bulrovia?

Bulrovia doesn't show up on any map that I'm familiar with, though I didn't really expect it to. Besides Chicken Little a few other Bulrovian tales seem to exist, but all of these have been written by Rick Walton. But though I don't know where it is, it certainly seems to be the sort of place where I'd be happy to visit.
